Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your Diving With Tally gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Items: Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Stickers and final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@divingwithtally.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange! Follow the same return process and note the item you'd like instead.
